4. Check Your Reciprocal Link Partners’ Websites, Some website play cheated with remove your link in the next month. Make sure you check your partner site every month.
5. Content is the king, Make a good and useful content and you get your link in one way. No need to linking their website because they need your content.

Blog walking is a give and take relationship. Sometimes one of the best ways to get traffic to your blog is by visiting someone else’s blog. Visit another blog and read one of their entries, or read a few of them. Interact with their facility on the blog including subscribe on their feed or leave a nice comment so that they know that you were there.

When you are commenting on someone’s post, you want to make sure that you don’t leave generic comment. If you like the post, say something about what you read in the post. And remember, they didn’t like if you just doing some spam comment on their blog. Avoid typing any URL on their comment box, you can apply your URL on the URL box, not on the comment box.

But be sure that you sound sincere when you are commenting, and don’t make them feel like you’re just fishing for traffic. If someone thinks that you are using their blog to get more traffic to yours, they won’t visit your site and your efforts will be wasted.
